Healing in Relationship

The times I have felt the most stuck in life have been the times I dreamt the least. Engaging desires, longings and values inevitably bring up the wounds and fears we have around not being joined or met in harmful experiences. Sometimes we need to partner with others to heal wounds. These wounds rise to the surface when we begin to live again.  The mending of these wounds requires us to restore safety, dignity, and belonging to our bodies.

LGBTQIA folx often face oppressive degradation. From “progressive” cities/towns to overt discriminatory territories we exist in worlds that were not made for us. Oppression attempts to render folx worthless. The degradation and stripping of ones dignity are attempts to trap and force folx into the sameness of whiteness, heternomorativity, and gender binaries. There is more to overcoming oppression then learning how to cope… you can learn how to live beyond it. Do you want to tap into what you are worth? Learn to to connect to your longings. Get help in understanding your desire, and reach out to others as you mend. Get reconnected to your longings, rebuild trust with yourself, and live into the full depths and heights of your aliveness.
